Police are warning residents to remain vigilant during the heatwave.
The force says good weather can be a prime opportunity for burglars and thieves because people leave windows, doors and conservatories open.
Officers say it makes homes an easy target, for burglars who could freely walk or climb in to your home.
They're advising people to leave their window catch on, and to not let the great weather be a cause of misery.
