Police say they'll be outside schools as winter draws in, to tackle poor driving and parking.
On Facebook, they say rushing to work or parking badly can endanger youngsters as they make their way to school.
They're asking parents to stick to speed limits, avoid parking on pavements, zig-zag lines or in school entrances.
Officers say they'll be carrying out enforcement to help improve safety near schools.
