Anyone flying drones in restricted air space during TT sessions could face prosecution.
That was the message from police who say a male was observed operating a drone near the top of Bray Hill, Douglas, yesterday.
The incident took place during the evening, when there are strict no fly zones during practice and race sessions.
Police are looking to identify the male concerned, and are asking anyone with any information to contact them.
