The Island’s police are urging people to stay indoors during Storm Barra.
They’ve received reports of people putting themselves in dangerous areas to take pictures and ask the public not to take risks and create extra demand on resources.
There are currently numerous trees down across the Island causing disruption, as well as debris flying around.
