Police are appealing for witnesses after two disturbances in Douglas which happened in quick succession.
Officers say a male resident living at 19 Demense Road was "verbally abused" by a woman at around 6.50pm on June 7th.
He'd asked another man, who'd gained unauthorised access to the property, to leave when he was approached by the female - she's also accused of damaging the front communal door.
The pair made off in a red vehicle - 20 minutes later the same vehicle was involved in another disturbance on Broadway at the junction with Princes Avenue.
Anyone who saw what happened has been asked to contact Police Headquarters or Crimestoppers.
