Police say people have handed in more than a hundred firearms since launching an amnesty almost a fortnight ago.
The Firearms and Weapons Surrender Amnesty runs until Monday, February 2.
On Facebook, officers say 108 firearms have been handed over at police stations in Douglas, Ramsey, Peel and Castletown.
They say they want to encourage people who may have given or inherited weapons to hand them in responsibly without fear of prosecution.
