Snapchat users are being warned about a message circulating on Island.
Police are informing residents of a message being sent out which asks people to share their story and send two pictures to the sender.
The constabulary says if you receive it to not reply, block the sender and report it.
Authorities add images can be used for any purpose and could leave people vulnerable to blackmail or threats.
