Police in the north of the Island are investigating an incident in Ramsey yesterday.
Officers say it involved the driver of a black Audi and another vehicle in the West Quay area and the junction with Christian Street at around Noon on Sunday, February 10.
The constabulary is also keen to speak to horse riders who were in the area at the time and may have witnessed what happened.
