Police are investigating a crash in Onchan yesterday.
Officers say it happened at around 12.20pm on King Edward Road outside Port Jack chippy.
Authorities now want to speak to the driver of a dark grey vehicle which was parked near a blue VW van.
The driver of the vehicle had just come out of the chippy - if you are that person you're asked to contact Police HQ on 631212.
