Police are investigating after a plant pot was thrown through the window of a flat in Douglas, narrowly missing someone inside.

Officers say it happened at around 6.45pm on Friday last week (March 1) at a flat in Murrays Road.

The occupant was left covered in broken glass as a result of the incident - the constabulary added two men were seen acting suspiciously in the area at the time.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact Police Headquarters, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
