Police probe crash after Mountain Road overtake

It happened at around 8pm on Wednesday at the Mountain Mile - no one was injured. 

 

Officers believe the vehicle, which was travelling towards Douglas, had been in the process of an overtake when another car, travelling in the same direction, pulled out to do the same. 

 

They say the second car potentially made contact with the first which has crashed through the fencing and gone down the hillside.

 

Anyone who witnessed anything has been asked to contact Ramsey Police Station.
