A driving incident on the Mountain Road yesterday is being probed by Police.
Officers responded to reports of a collision at the Creg ny Baa on Thursday, saying it appears a vehicle has struck a wall before leaving the scene.
The constabulary added it collided with the wall whilst heading towards Douglas and believe it would have suffered heavy damage.
Those with information are being asked to contact authorities on 631 212.
