The police have launched a new Facebook page in an effort to encourage greater inclusion on the Isle of Man.
The inclusion group operates across a number of strands - race, faith and nationality, lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender, disability and youth.
For the first time ever the Isle of Man Constabulary published an inclusion report this year in an effort to ensure all vulnerable members of the community are well served.
A scrutiny group was formed three years ago to monitor the constabulary's progress and hold it to account.
