Police officers from other forces are being invited to transfer to work on the Isle of Man.
The Manx constabulary is currently recruiting for what it calls ‘established police constables’ who have been in the job for at least two years.
Successful applicants will work within the Island’s neighbourhood policing teams.
The job description states that the force is facing extraordinary challenges to maintain its levels of performance in the face of budget restrictions and significant societal change.
Student constables from the Isle of Man are also being recruited – applicants need to be over 18 and a half to apply.
