Police are investigating a driving complaint after an incident on the Mountain Road on Saturday.
It happened at around 10.40am in the area of the 32nd Milestone.
The vehicles involved were an orange Ford Focus ST and a black Subaru Impreza.
Police say they’d like to speak to the drivers of two vans who were in the area at the time.
Anyone else who saw the vehicles has been asked to contact Ramsey Police Station.
