Police are currently investigating an incident in Port St Mary on Christmas Eve.
Officers say at around 8:30am a vehicle was nearly in a head on collision in the derestricted section near the Shore pub with another car that was travelling away from the village.
They're now looking for anyone with dashcam footage who was in the area at the relevant time, or who has information or saw a vehicle with a broken drivers side wing mirror.
