Police in Peel are investigating a fail to stop collision near the Devil's Elbow.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm on Friday on the Peel Coast Road, where an oncoming vehicle collided with a Ford Transit Connect.
Damage was caused to the wing mirror and front quarter window.
