Police say they've located the person reported to be sleeping rough in the North of the Island.
This morning, The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team appealed for information about someone staying in a tent near Ballure.
Officers say they believe they've identified them and are working with other agencies to provide accommodation.
They add how quickly the public helped out is a testament to the small and caring Island.
