A Port St Mary man has been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison after being caught with heroin.
37-year-old Alexander Charles Messenger, of St Mary's Avenue, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
Police raided his home just before 7am on January 10th - after searching his property they found 21 grams of the drug in a drawer in his bedroom.
Messenger admitted possessing the Class A substance with intent to supply - the court heard the drug had a street value of up to £2,650.
He'll be sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery - he will next appear in court on January 28th; there was no application for bail.
