Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died following a fatal crash on the Mountain Road at the weekend.
The incident happened on Saturday evening at approximately 7.30pm near the Brandywell Junction on the course.
A car and a motorbike were involved in the collision, with the occupants of the car being taken to hospital and later released.
However, the motorcycle rider - a 27-year-old male from the UK sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers are looking to speak to anybody who witnessed the collision or has any information that could help with their ongoing enquiries.
It's the second fatality involving a bike and a car in the area in the past week.
