It took place near to the junction of St Ninian’s Road and Ballaquayle Road at about 6.30pm on Thursday 12th May.
The Police say it would have been obvious to any passers what was happening as the people involved had pulled their car over at the side of Ballaquayle Road, positioning their car in an awkward position for other motorists.
Anyone with any information is urged to come forward and contact Lord Street Police Station.
