The Manx Government has released a statement about Pokerstars.

They say they are carefully analysing the details of the Civil Complaint charges from the US Attorney's Office against the Isle of Man based company and an Indictment against some of its senior personnel.

In total the prosecutors are seeking over $3 billion in penalties.

The Civil Complaint only relates to the one company in the Isle of Man.

The Gambling Supervision Commission meanwhile has confirmed on its website that ‘PokerStars' licensing status in the Isle of Man remains unchanged.

No other online gaming companies based here are implicated in any way.
