Plans have been submitted to refurbish the former Barclays Bank in Castletown.
The registered building on Market Place needs a new roof, replacement windows and internal alterations.
It’s planned to convert it into office space and a shop.
The site closed as a bank branch in February 2024, with Barclays explaining this was down to the shift toward online and telephone banking.
