Planning has been submitted to turn a former church into a gym.
The All Saints Anglican church in Douglas was sold back in 2019 for £200,000 - it has since sat empty.
Given its listed building status there are a number of planning considerations to take into account, although the majority of the Church infrastructure has already been removed.
It will require 25 car parking spaces, and they are proposing that they will repurpose the existing font, by turning it into a drinking fountain.
