A housing estate in Crosby could get four new homes for first-time buyers, if planners approve proposals.
JM Project Management of Douglas has applied for permission to build the new houses on land at the Crosby Meadows estate near the village's Co-op store.
A previous planning application for homes there was turned down at appeal because of a lack of affordable housing.
The four two-bedroomed homes will each have two parking spaces.
