Could a new business park be on the way for the south of the Island?
Isle of Man Enterprises – the company that owns Shoprite – has submitted a planning application to develop the site south of Ronaldsway Industrial Estate.
The application is for approval in principle for new technology companies, office accommodation for corporate headquarters, a hotel, internal access roads and car parking.
It was submitted on October 19th and is currently pending consideration.
