New plans have been submitted to replace the Waterfall Hotel with six homes and a commercial building.
Previous applications to demolish the former pub in Glen Maye have been denied, with a building preservation notice being issued as it's classed as having special architectural or historical interest.
Now the owner wants to get rid of the building and have six houses and one commercial building, with associated parking and amenity space.
The building has been unused for the past five years.
