Plans to build a new super casino on the outskirts of Douglas are progressing but a deal is still far from done.
The Economic Development Minister confirmed talks are ongoing with the proposed developer but a number of issues need to be resolved first.
It's understood the complex would create hundreds of jobs across the construction and leisure industries.
