Proposals have been put forward to create a new wildlife education centre in the South of the Island.
Plans have been submitted by Langness Golf Course to erect the centre which can also act as a bird hide on land off Langness Road.
It would also include a new drop-off area, parking spaces a new footpath.
The application is now subject to approval.
