The construction of twelve residential buildings in the North of the Island is to be considered.
The planning application by Wardsley Limited is for building work on the Caines Yard site in Ramsey.
They are looking to erect six two-storey and six three-storey residential buildings and demolish the existing structures.
The application adds that they will look to also install parking facilities, a garden area and common refuse store.
