Planners will discuss the future of a Douglas landmark when they meet later.
When the planning committee meets today, Monday, August 17, it'll consider plans for eight new rental units at the Nunnery on the Old Castletown Road.
The proposals would see private businesses such as shops and cafes based at the site after the Island's college pulled out.
The development is recommended for approval.
