A planning application's been submitted to build a four-bedroomed home on the site of a former joke shop in Ramsey.
The former Mills Joke Shop on West Quay was demolished last year after it partially collapsed.
Ian Piercy of Onchan has applied for permission to build a new four-storey home on the site, along with two car parking spaces.
Drawings of the building submitted to planners show it would be called West Quay House.
