Efforts to raise £1.5 million for a new dedicated breast cancer unit have picked up pace.
The Manx Breast Cancer Support Group has unveiled plans for the new facility at Noble’s Hospital.
Around £300,000 of the money needed has already been raised – the money is going towards a unit which will incorporate symptomatic and screening units.
Each year 100 women and men are diagnosed with breast cancer on the Island.
