Plans to construct nearly 100 dwellings in the South of the Island are to be considered.
Haven Homes Ltd. are looking to start a project on land on the corner of Douglas Road and Victoria Road in Castletown.
In their planning application they say they are looking to construct 98 dwellings on the land and demolish the existing structures.
The company also want to include associated roads to the site and car parking.
