A former nursery site in Glen Vine could become a seven-home housing estate, if planners give the go-ahead.
Hartford Homes wants to build the houses on the former Ballagarey Nurseries site on Greeba Avenue.
The company says it will plant 40 trees around the two-storey detached homes as part of the development plans.
But because there are fewer than eight homes planned, Hartford Homes says there's no requirement to provide affordable homes.
