Plans to redevelop a prominent demolition site in the city centre have been submitted.
Niche Innovation Limited has put in a planning application for a four story building on Marina Road in Douglas.
The site's been vacant since the former building, which housed the Mann3 Motorcycle Merchandise shop and Best Kebab takeway, was knocked down in February.
New plans involve a retail unit and six apartments on the upper floors.
