One government department will be dissolved and two more joined together in an effort to create a smaller, stronger government.
Yesterday the Chief Minister announced a raft of changes including getting rid of Community, Culture and Leisure and merging Health and Social Care.
There will also be a new ministerial post created tackling Policy and Reform, and the MEA and Water and Sewerage Authority will combine, under the Manx Utilities Authority.
The plans will go before Tynwald in January and could be in place in April
