A planning application has been submitted to redevelop flats in Douglas.
Sea Court on Victoria Road is currently a single dilapidated building made up of three apartments, with poor vehicular access and an overgrown site.
A previous planning application was refused in June this year, with hopes then to replace the building with six three story townhouses.
Applicants now hope to create a block of six apartments, each with its own outdoor space.
They say the appearance of the proposed development is that of a 'villa in the landscape' and is in keeping with the period properties in the surrounding street scape.
You can find more information about the application here.
