Planning has been submitted to demolish a former nursing home in Douglas and build five new houses.
Care Developments Ltd wants to knock down Eastfield Mansion House to use the space for some four bedroom houses with garages and parking.
It comes as the Care Home closed in 2017, with the buildings being unoccupied since.
Applicants say the new development will be in a style that is 'respectful of adjacent terraces.'
