Castletown could be in line for almost 100 new homes, with a new planning application from a developer.
Haven Homes, based in Port St Mary, has applied for permission to build 98 new houses on fields at the corner of Douglas Road and Victoria Road.
The estate would include a number of affordable homes and have two entrances onto the main roads.
It would be made up of two, three and four-bedroomed homes.
