Proposals have been submitted to create nearly 50 parking spaces and several car washing services in Douglas.
The plans are for the facilities to be based at the former Clover Asphalt depot on South Quay.
They recommend the provision of 46 car parking spaces and three self-service car wash machines.
If approved, the site would be in place for two years.
