The fate of a proposed sauna in Douglas will be decided next week.
LJW Enterprise of Onchan has applied for planning permission to redevelop the Snakepit on Lord Street opposite the bus station.
The company wants to build a wellness retreat including a sauna and pools - its proposals have been recommended for approval.
The planning committee will discuss the application when it sits on Monday, August 3.
