A pensioner from Sulby has been fined after buying a car and forgetting to change the ownership.
Police stopped 76-year-old Raymond Goodfellow on May 8th near to the Sulby Claddaghs.
They noted he wasn't the registered owner of the vehicle he was driving - and that the tax was almost a year out of date.
At Douglas Courthouse on Thursday Goodfellow admitted the offence via Coroner's Admission.
Magistrates fined him £250 and ordered him to pay £50 in prosecution costs.
