Penalties for motorists using red diesel

Don't use red diesel in vehicles which are used on public roads.

That's the message from police - earlier this week officers stopped someone in the south of the Island who was running on the fuel unlawfully.

Inspector Derek Flint says police understand that the economic climate is tough but there are serious consequences to using it:
