Peel residents had their voices heard last night on plans to develop 144 new homes in the town.
Dandara has approval to further develop Reayrt Ny Cronk on the site that lies between Poortown Road and the QEII High School.
Peel Town Commissioners have lodged an appeal - citing sewerage, education, parking and a lack of open spaces as reasons why it shouldn't go ahead.
At the meeting at Corrin House the general feeling was that government has failed to keep up with the pace of change in the town
