A former garage in Peel will be knocked down and replaced by housing after a planning application was given unanimous backing.
The planning committee met this week and considered proposals to build seven new homes on the site of Empire Garage on Marine Parade.
Members voted unanimously to approve the plans by Hesketh Investments.
Previous plans to build apartments and homes on the site were rejected in 2019.
