Manx Care says Island patients will get a permanent quiet room at Liverpool John Lennon Airport in 2025.
Earlier this year, the airport said it would have to close and relocate the existing room this month as it carries out improvement work.
But the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group, which funds the room, says it's now met with airport management about its future.
It says a temporary room opposite Boots will be used until the permanent room next-door to the Aspire Lounge is ready in Spring.
