Patients have been asked to try and attend hospital and doctors appointments as normal during the bus strike.
The Department of Health says it will operate all its clinics as normal during the industrial action which will take place until Saturday.
Those patients who are reliant on public transport have been asked to check the revised timetables as buses will be running on a reduced service.
Anyone who can’t attend an appointment is asked to let the appropriate clinic know as soon as possible.
