The Chief Minister says concerns about the new patient transfer service will be addressed "as quickly as possible".
Howard Quayle has spoken out to reassure people after the contract was changed from Bridgewater Cars to ComCab.
ComCab is now responsible for transferring Island patients between airports and hospitals in the North West.
However a number of issues have been highlighted - including the use of black cabs which force people to travel backwards on fold down seats.
Mr Quayle says there is a structure in place to review any concerns:
