That's the view of the Island's infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer - following emergency questions about the collapse of Flybe in the House of Keys this morning.
The airline going into administration left the Island without air links to Liverpool, Manchester or Birmingham.
However, it's since been announced Loganair will now operate a twice daily service between the Island and Liverpool from Thursday.
After being questioned by Onchan MHK Rob Callister, Mr.Harmer said he's put Liverpool at the top of the list - because of the needs of the patient transfer service.
Seats have been pre-booked on Loganair flights for those going to medical appointments.
